Nina returns to the Heights where she faces the pressures of trying to balance being everything her parents expect her to be and everything she knows she is. From salon workers, dispatch booth owners, and piragua vendors, no one can escape the challenges of remaining resilient to achieve one’s dreams under circumstances that test both patience and faith. In the Heights, a bustling and authentic broadway musical, soon to be performed by the talented cast and crew from St. Patrick’s High School, will bring to life the power of community, culture, and a good carnival!
